Steriflow is the inventor of the Superheated Cascading Water Sterilization process which we believe is the most advantageous retort technology available in the market. Considering the needs of the Dairy Industry, Steriflow has developed a Shaking Retort Process in which the Flavored Milk Bottles are placed in lying position and the basket moves back & forth. This movement creates a gentle agitation of milk inside the bottles which leads to faster and better heat penetration. So, the product is exposed to high temperatures for a lesser time as compared to a Static Retort, which results in a non-caramalized product. This offers the same results as of Rotary Retort but at a much lesser investment.
